On a completely unrelated note, a kid at my school got shoved and fell into the bike rack. Her knee was so stuck we had to call 911 to get her out.

So here's Liberty Bell in her Power Pony outfit. I gave her Elsa hair because it fits with the colour scheme, and it just looks better too. Her power(Referencing her regular ability of the ice particles her wings emit) is cryokinises, and her wings, tail, and and mane are frozen solid. She can also create ice paths for faster transportation. Her frozen wings are extremely sharp, and uses them to fend off villains.
Her visor on her helmet doubles as protection and glasses.
