Oh no! You could send it in to Nintendo! Just go to the Nintendo website and look up how to send it in to fix it. The only problem is it costs like, 15-40 dollars (Not sure how much money in Germany) which is kind of a lot. :p

Woher hast du den 3ds und wie lange?
Wenn der von Amazon ist kannste hinschreiben die rep.arie.ren dir den oder geben Geld zurück.
Oder geh in den Laden wo du den her hast.
Wenn die Garantie abgelaufen ist könntest du den generell selbst repaireren, neuen Touchscreen bei Ebay kaufen und dann einbauen, es gibt Tutorials dafür auf Youtube.
