Back Story:
When she was little, she got
hit in the face by a star.
It blinded her left eye, but
in doing so it gave to her
the mystrus abillity to pinpoint
her exact location useing the
stars as a guide! She keept the star that hit her, and placed it on
her tail. After a while it fuzed to
her tail and now she can use it
to attack with. Now and days
she can be found in a large cave
below a mountain in the Kanto
region.
