lol, It's so annoying when that happens. Somehow both me and my sister can go into Faron Woods with near empty wallets in the beginning and have them nearly full by the time we reach forest temple. Then again, we just have to chop down every lick of grass and lift evey stone on the way.

Well, seeing as link has a magic pouch that can fit infinite objects, I don't see why that can't be another wallet. SERIOUSLY! sometimes i'll play it and have like 49 rupees to fill, and i'll get a 50 rupee! STRUPID!
