How does RP work on colours anyway? I'm kind of new to this

Half timelords will work, but can you comment or make a pic on his/her powers, etc..

My RP will work like this:
I make a pic based on the story, and I'll put what happens so far in the desc., and then we will comment and talk in our roles. This is my first RP, so I'm new at this too. Example:

PICTURE: MANDY IS WALKING TO A STORE

Desc:
Mandy walked to the store to buy slippers.

Some guy:
Gary said, "Mandy, can you buy pop-tarts, please?"

Me:
Mandy replied, "Okay! Do you want something, Jared?"

Randomusername:
Jared said, "Can I have a million bucks? Just kidding! I want gummies. :3"

Me:
"Okay! I'll buy pop-tarts and gummies. See you at home!" Mandy waved enthusiasticly.

Me:
END PAGE

Then the next pic would show Mandy walking home.

Do you get it? I want it to be like that. Please note that the example has nothing to do with the current storyline.
I'll need your Oc's names and tags, please make a pic with their personality, likes, etc..

I'll be making every OC middle school age or a teacher, depending on their original ages.
