Seriously, I've heard of it but i'm sure what it is or how it works. Anyone care to explain?

Apparently it's a virtual dance on Colors! like a prom or something...you ask someone to go with you and draw a pick of you (or someone) dancing saying that you're joining the dance! I am a bit confused myself, but hope that helped! :)
