All the paintings fit together in order to form the flashback explanation of how Makeru found his Artifact.
As for planning, I have a detailed event map, character list including goals, motivation, Artifact, and appearance, and the setting description.

Rereading the paintings might be a good idea, now that it is confirmed how they fit. Also, part 3 glitched and cut off half the description. I believe I've fixed it now.

I am planning on making it longer, but with the character limit on descriptions, this is the only way I can make progress in telling the story.
