Hatena? by Snow Paw
...Is it really true? I just don't see it happening... I've heard so many different rumors about Hatena, most of them weren't true... None of the "Hatena is saved" ones were true. None of the FS3D release date rumors were true either. I kinda don't think they'll ever release it anyway. This one seems possible though. The only thing is, the guy is hacking into hatena. Im not sure if that's even legal. Plus, this guy is just a teenager, not really a professional. (cont)

...And I don't think he has permission from nintendo or hatena either. Their bound to catch him, if they haven't already. I did see it for myself though. It worked for me. However, the only thing that I was able to click on was the keyboard demo. That doesn't worry me much though, since I know it's still under development. I would be really happy if this was true, but I really don't know. The thought of a single 19 year old taking over a website like Hatena sounds kind of impossible. The only way I could see it working is if Hatena just let him take over the site, but he didn't say he had permission. So... I guess for now, all we can do is hope.

Well, technically its not THE hatena we knew and loved, you could call this one "Hac.ktena" XD I can't even setup the con.nection right, so even if this website stays up for more than a week, I probably won't be able to join.

Oh trust me it's true. Go on the youtube channel Sudofox to see the guy making it explain it and show it to you.
And on DA hailfirevulpes posted a journal giving a link to the code to get to the website.
I tried it and it works!!!

And yes this dude has permision. Actually when hatena and nintendo found out they offered to help him and have him a few things to help.
Nintendo gave him their consent!
So yes it's hac.ked but nintendo and Hatena are cheering this dude on.

A 3rd party actually took server... Snapshots, I guess, of FH before it shut down. This guy's just set up a server, put the snapshots on, and voilà, you've got Flipnote Hatena.
All over again.
