Mine is unable to get on anyways,and I followed the instructions to the end.And still nothing!It is a single guy on FaceBook who calls himself Sudofox,he asked Hatena and Nintendo if he can take over,and they said yes.But I don't think everyone is capable of conecting to his server at all.
