I made a Fanmade Eeveeloution, a Dragon Type one.
It's name is Draceon. It is Dragon type (Like I said). It's ability is Intimidate. And it's H.A. (Hidden Ability) is Limber. Noble Roar is one of the moves it can learn.

oh you did? wow this one is pretty good. better than mine. xD but i'm sure there are more fan-made versions other there and also called draceon. so you're probably not the first.
