The Hildewaerg is my own creation. The name is German Anglo-Saxon and roughly translated means War Wolf/Battle Wolf. It's ancestors were shown to such harsh and cold weather that they evolved to survive in the climate. Their body grew larger, their skin thicker and their bones also larger. Their bones had grown so large in certain areas that they ended up with a mini bone horn and a bone spike on their side. These were then used for hunting and protection. #hildewaerg #creation #oc
