Well, She doesnt have an accent (that pic was saying IF she had an accent), and isn't Pearl, its her sister. Streifen has a long backstory, her and Pearl grew up without a mother, only an abusive father. Streifen is Pearl's older sister. Streifen was born normal colors, until team Rocket kidnapped her as a vibrava and spent her childhood being poked with needles. In captivity, her color was changed, and she evolved. She eventually gained enough strength to break free from Team Rocket, and be free. She was the first discolored flygon i've seen, so she was surely diffrent. Her personality cab be somewhat mean, yet kind. after some self harm issues causing the scars on her arms and face, She was Turned Immortal by her somewhat-demon mate, Rezonate. She became the Kaiserin of Hell. She grew horns and the ability to transport. Later, She blacked out, and her mother's angel gave her a chance to be good, and gave Streifen an angel form as well. She can control her forms now. The scars on her back are from a recent event i came up with. She was captured temporarily by Townsfolk/towns-pokemon? They tied her up and lashed her with a whip because she was a demon. But she got loose and yeah. Also, Rezonate is blacked out and possibly gone forever, He has a long backstory too. (NOTE: Streifen's Story is happening in an ongoing RP.)
