He got his cutie mark while unintentionally creating a twister(more details later). I said he was normally slow, but he can take in energy from the wind around him; faster wind equals faster pony. He's a master of wind and is a pit of a prankster like Firestorm. He's generally very kind though, but you definitely don't want to get on his bad side. Trust me ;)
