For RP purposes, how do Rema and Wish change between forms?

For Rema, you can see the fur growing, or disappearing, and the skin color changing. When changing from the 3rd form to another, she usually throws the flower away, and when switching to it, she picks the nearest red/pink flower. Wish glows, and you can't see her, she changes, and when she stops glowing, she's in another form.
