What I miss about Hatena is the blinking black 'NEW' sign that appeared when someone favorited you and commented on your flipnotes. I always got exited when this happened, because I loved getting comments more than anything...

I always loved this... even if the blinking sound got annoying quickly. It felt so nice clicking that button to see that somebody commented on your flipnote.

Also, for a short period in December 2OII, every time I logged on, I would get mail saying that I got a new fan. Thank you to KrazeeKing's shoutout that brought me from about 25 fans to IOO in just 2 days. I ended my Hatena career with about 2OO fans.
