Didn't draw Rain's hair for a reason. Wanted a more...realistic touch :3
Also inspired by Silver and Raven with the lineless art :3

Silverrr- I used the airbrush first.then lowered the opacity C: and always add blue or whatever color to separate layers and make it more puffy! Cx and thanks!
