Aquack(Platypus Pokemon)- It finds joy in attacking Pokemon underwater. It uses its tail for cleaning its habitat.
Webito(Walking Platypus Pokemon)- It's webbed feet make it uneasy to walk normally. The tail with scales allows it to outsmart prey.
Plaseitis(Half-Fish Pokemon)- It poisons prey with the tip of it's tail. They have gills so that they breathe underwater longer.

This is something I wouldn't have even thought of. :D
But I think some other entries had a similar idea of poison tails or spines... Just letting you know.
But yours is still pretty cool, the evolution descriptions are neat. :)
