I have 13 year (soon will have 14) and I dont have a girlfriend (jet) so . . . yeah.

im 14 and i think it a bit stupid when people my age and younger date. you should be focusing on school like i do. and i always have had higher grades then those who date

I know. Younger children do it to look 'mature', when it actually makes them look utterly immature. I cringe when I see things on here labeled, 'Need gf' or 'Need bf'. Most of those cannot spell or anything, and want to date a person they don't know a single thing about. Tsk.

I strongly dislike the sides of my friends that feel like they NEED to be in a relationship. I'm 13, most of my friends are 13, some are still twelve. When someone says "grow up" to you, do me a favor and grow up as slow as possible.

Last year, when my brother was in third grade he said he had a "love triangle relationship". Da fudge is that?! I'm in 8th grade and I look down upon those of you who date for funnnnnn! I'll be honest, I was a little boy-crazy throughout my childhood. :P It wasn't love. It was a series of girly crushes that I KNOW could have led to bad places. I believe that it's a good idea to date with the intention of marriage. That way, you'll end up with fewer emotional scars in the long run--and like PsychoPsychic said, you'll be saving yourself for the one you love. And I think that means a lot.

I'm currently in high school and everyone around me is getting boyfriends and girlfriends, and I've decided to wait rather than rush love. Not judging those of you who make the opposite decision, of course. This is my choice, and I believe it will protect me.
