Zoru scurried amongst the dead pine needles on the forest floor--her tiny pink paws hitting the ground without a sound. Her wide ears twitched in time with her whiskers as she let her senses search for possible predators.

(Ummmmmmmm........ I think I'll go with my cat chara Raina. She has a ghost friend named Mist. Mist can't speak, she was abused when she was alive and her mouth's been bound. I'll RP as both of them.)

Zoru's tiny pink nose tilted towards the sky. /Citrus fruits!/ she thought as a sharp scent whipped her nose. Quickly, the rodent ran to the location of the bush holding the sharp-scented fruits. Her purple eyes shone as she gazed at the food, as her senses dulled. Unbeknownst to Zoru, a rather large canine feasted on the other side of the bush.

(As long as you can follow the rules, it's allowed)

Raina strolled through the forest, Mist wasn't too far behind. She stopped at a tree stump to wait for Mist. "Pick up the pace, Mist." Mist scowled through her bound muzzle and trotted to catch up. Raina sighed, and they both continued through.

Zoru stood on her hind legs and grabbed a berry off the bush, then proceeded to quickly bury her teeth in it and devour it. Even as she finished, she remained oblivious to her watcher.

Raina stepped into a clearing, and immediately regretted it. There was a big wolf there. Big. She hated talking to others. If she could just step back a few steps, she'd be able to escape..... *SNAP!* A twig cracked under Raina's back paw. She swore in her head and tried to make a run for it. But Mist was blocking the way. Even though she was a ghost, Mist was still touchable by Raina. That was because Mist accepted Raina as someone to trust and was emotionally attached to her. Raina bumped into Mist, and couldn't escape.

Raina scowled at the ghost behind her. "Why won't you budge?!" She hissed angrily. Mist scowled again and rolled her eyes. Raina looked back at the others, irritated.
