War Rebel Serpenia Pertaine by psych-resonance

She actually has a long braid reaching to the ground, but it's kinda hard to see in this drawing. : : : : /
Serpenia was the lead rebel in the wars with the Limebloods against the highbloods. She fought the highbloods fiercely, and was one of the last Limebloods to die. Serpenia has extremely powerful psychic abilities, which came in handy to fight. She always finished an enemy off by crushing their lungs with her powers. :)
