This is Cekari the half heartless, half human. she can take any element and change it into a weapon. (but she has to touch it) sometimes the heartless part of her takes over. (especially when she's near a Keyblade user) so sometimes it takes alot of effort to control it.
most heartless litsen to her as if she's a commander of theirs. so that's pretty helpful. :)
