well im finally back so anyway my 3ds was broke. it would constantly move the cursor or whatever down without me moving the circle pad so i couldnt get on colors because on the app you cant move the circle pad while using the touchscreen qq. i left it alone for a few months and it knida just fixed its self so thank god
