Meeper Nyarlathotep is the 45th, and last, Meeper created by the remnants of Project Meeper, which was created by an unknown organization in an attempt of creating an invincible army of Psuedo-Novanians. Meeper Nyarlathotep in particular was created when Jack Doroma placed his hand on the genetic scanner of the only remaining generation chamber of Project Meeper's laboratory. However, the chamber suffered a glitch which resulted in a chaotic, random, and down-right insane clone of Jack.
