Tigerthroat padded sleepily through the bamboo, breathing in the familiar scents. He sat down and began grooming his stunning red-brown and striped pelt.

Steam Clan is located in the in a dense bamboo forest in the highlands of China. The clan recieved its name from the "steam pools" (hot springs) that reside on their territory. Steam Clan is located at the base of a small mountain and is surrounded by many dangers. Leopards, lemurs (who ki.lled ShiningStar the previous leader) and boars are just a few. Hunting Dogs from the two-leg village are also a danger, even the steam pools could ki.ll a cat that remains in the water too long.
Steam Clan cats eat mostly bamboo rats, pheasant, lizards, and fish. They are masters of silence and stealth. These clan cats are usually stalky and have thick dense coats. Village Cats (kittypets, though not called so) are basically considered loners as they hunt for themselves. Village cats are driven out on sight as they steal precious prey from Steam Clan Territory. You might want to mannage how many really young warriors you have. You'll need senior warriors (About Tigerboom's age [Yes I changed it. I haven't seen a cat with "boom" in their name yet.] and older.), and the cats inbetween the senior warriors and the upstarts. Also, make sure you figure out kit litters, because they'll need to be the same age. If there are 2 litters, make sure the one group is say 2 moons old and the other litter could be 5 moons. Just some helpful advice. These were some things I noticed with Iceclan too. c:

I have the first elder, so hes not too young.

@inca clan leaders usually die before they would retire, but it just depends. And I'm glad you made them older.

I will only be accepting two more apprentises, one warrior & one med cat apprentice and one litter of kits (who must be the same age)Sorry if I don't respond immediately(sp), my birthday party is today so I'm a bit busy atm.

His gold and white pelt gleamed as he continued up a slope towards the scent of a mouse. (Getting a ref up soon)

Aaye, I just though of another thing. Young warriors don't get "first dibs" on apprentices. It's like the deal with leaders. You need experienced, trustworthy, loyal warriors to train them how to hunt, fight, and live for their clan. The only way that a young warrior would get an apprentice (that I see) is, too many apprentices, not enough mentors. :p

Could I also be the medicine cat apprentice and a kit? A male kit for Dragonbelly would be wonderful. X3
