I don't believe in best friends, it feels bad choosing one friend out of all the other buddies you got. If you choose multiple friends as your best, doesn't that ruin the point of BEST friend? Unless you got like Friends then Best Friends and then SUPER EXCLUSIVE FRIEND or something like that. I only have friends and Bros. Bros are a higher level than friends, theyre people you can ******* with, theres a level of intimacy hence the phrase Bromance, Bros are people you can treat like a brother...

Anyway, Best Friends sounds like a disgusting term that gets thrown around a lot. It has a sense of ownership than a sense of good relation. It feels forced as well. Bros, well, you dont make it happen, you let it happen. Bros can insult eachother and still laugh it off. I rarely find anyone who has my similar sense of humor.

Internet friends especially, they want to be your friend mostly because of your status and just for the sake of being with you for self gain. I deny anyone who simply ask "Lets be friends!" because i feel like i have something they want, and once they get it. They will just use you, like a parasite. Sadly i was a victim of that.

Here's my 2 cents about "Best Friends"
I do have best friends but do I treat them better than others? No I don't. I have to treat each and every friend that I have whether it is from real life or on the internet equally. What I do agree is those people that just asks to become your friend. To do that, you need to EARN that relation to that person. Not by giving endless gifts but through conversations. Talking to people is the best way to seek friendship.
Talking to people with similar interests makes it even better although you also need to know that you might be also be friends who has an interest you don't like (ie. Mario Kart Brony). You will have to appriciate the good parts within the bad parts.

Yo creo que los mejores amigos nunca existen pero tambien que las personas digan "Vamos a hacer amigos" o "Quiero ser tu amigo"
Como siempre pienso que tienes que darle una oportunidad...
En veces asi consigues a los mejores ;P

Idk why but kinda true. I dont see the fact of having it sometimes, Use to but became a traitor. Since then im like "well i guess they dont exist" So it kinda feels true.

Sounds like a hard time back story that you been through.
I simply feel when a friend said "WE'RE BEST FRIEND!" in a easy way, and never been lot of stuff, I feel like I been use or something bad is going to happen to me. Another thing that I dont trust people who is begging to be my friend, and now. I have came back to DA and see my Real best friend is... Blue.
