In a reality reference chart you said "Consider this, when an Artifact travels through time, it is exposed to techleon (Something like that) particals, if somethime like a window was exposed, woun't it let you see through time?" Is this the case with the glasses Victoria picked up which is why she saw you (As Mr. Scottt)? You have said Scottt was documenting these events after all.
