If you watch the playback, You may notice I decided to try something new to start it off. And it sure payed off. I got this done much faster, and with fewer retries.

This scene from Fire Emblem: Awakening depicts Grima emerging from an alter known as The Dragon's Table where it was summoned. The scene isn't particularly stormy, as much as it is simply cloudy. I realize it's tail looks a bit like a tornado, but I don't believe that was the intended outcome.

In short, it doesn't control the storm or weather.

the tail looks like a tornado (because both the tail and a tornado look like a cone), and the clouds and sky are grey/dark, so that was the reason that it looks like a tornado

i mean that's why it looks like a storm, not "why it looks like a tornado"
