Yay! I'm doin the seven deadly sins...as dragons! So this is envy. He goes into stormclouds, and turns the rain into envy. Whoever the rain hits is filled with envy of the closest person to them. Hope you enjoy all the seven deadly dragon sins! (when they come out, that is)
