Tired, and can't sleep... Doesn't make any sense, but it's what's happening to me... Should I start taking sleep pills? Cuz I CAN'T FUC...KING GO TO SLEEP....... ughh........

It's not really a pill, but it's called melatonin. It's a horomone of the body that causes sleep, and apparently I'm lacking some of it.... ugh...

Oh. Well...hmmm.... maybe you're lacking what they call a 'calm state of mind'. Besides this, is there...anything else stressing you out? At home, school...? Maybe...?
