Commander Fleur by ChibiNel
I've only drawn him once here, which is sad. Commander Fleur, the commander of the Rosebud army and loyal henchman to Empress Plum, can use his vine-like appendages to walk/run, like Zim's spider legs, and he can hold things and use them, like laserguns. No other Rosebuds have those vines, but all can shoot a Solarbeam from their flower-like bulb. #ChibiNel #WOY #WanderOverYonder #Yukato #CommanderFleur #Rosebuds

They might actually thrive a bit if they went for Tarkisle, but the salt in a lot of the water poses much threat to plant-armies.
And Tarkice is just... no.
