Haven't drawn Candace here in a while, but I've been drawing her on paper more recently. Anyway, for those who don't know/remember, this is Hopscotch's motherly figure/companion that travels with her. She does have magical abilities, as shown in this picture. Not only can she levitate items, herself and others, but she can create huge pink bubbles, which is Can-Can's and Hops's traveling method.
