New OC for a comic I plan to make.
She has weak electric powers that she doesn't know how to control very well.
On Earth she would be 15.
But on her planet she is 32.

The amount of Static her body can generate is much higher than a normal human, her hair tends to float upwards a bit making it look like she doesn't brush very well.
