The forground is great, but the background seems too prominent. I'd tone down the furthest edge of the lake, where those hills are. They just stand out too much. The house is out of perspective. Even natural settings have a viewpoint, actually, they usually have more than one. I think if you start off with a viewpoint, everything would look proportional n'...stuff. umm.... the pond is reflecting colors that don't exist, at least not in the snippet of the scene we're given...So yeah, dim colors as they recceed, use a viewpoint..horizon line..thingy....Lave youuu.
