When Twirls got to the orphanage, Sparklehooves was sitting there. Sparklehooves was born with no ears. Twirls waved at her. "uh, h-hi." Sparklehooves said. Twirls gave her an encouraging smile, then walked her inside. "Oh, Twist, you are late. Hurry up and clean yourself up. I must hurry, I'm almost late for a garden party." Hoity Toity said. "Yes, 'Father'." said Twirls as she walked to the shower room. Hoity Toity had commanded Twirls to call him father. Twirls came out and they galloped to the party. Twirls had to stay inside. Twirls was just sitting around, sighing at the two parties when none other than PRINCESS CELESTIA came! She said, "Twirls. Many fillies and colts tell me of your unrivaled bravery. Could you help me?" Twirls gawked, and slowly nodded. "There is a creature disrupting Canterlot. It is supposed to stay in the everfree mountains, but it has been terrorizing Canterlot! Would you care to try?" Twirls continued gawking, and again nodded. "Thank you. I'm sure you can do it!" The princess walked away, leaving Twirls still gawking.

Twirls left the party immediatly after the order to get rid of the frost troll. She went to the orphanage to take some of her belongings with her. She was about to leave when somepony stopped her. It was Sparklehooves. "I'm sorry, Sparklehooves. I can't talk now. I have just gotten a VERY serious order from Princess Celestia. Hmmm... If you would like to come though, I would be happy to oblige."

Sparklehooves hesitated. "Alright. What's this mission?" "Some giant creature in the Everfree mountains is loose. C'mon!" So the two galloped off to the Everfree Mountains.
