He eats expended karma, such as if a person's/animal's karma isn't replaced by the opposite karma quickly enough, he consumes it. The only way to retrieve it is at the Karma Counsel meeting, or by jabbing him in all Karma Counsel member's weak spot.

ah okay xD idk i like linking stuff like that into my stories and stuff. like how its seven deadly Sins, in my story in like thier myths, there are seven deadly Sons. and they each have some kids anf they're like, ideas/actions. like the son of Greed is Hom.ocide. and the daughter of Sloth is Procrastination. idk its still a work in process xD
