OK, so as you can see, Zack and Chilly evolved along with Vanessa and Cookie. Chilly will still be a chespin here on "Colors!". My shading failed here...

Maybe Nintendo lost it's creativity and derived this Poke-mon's anatomic design from bowser. I'd bet some good money if this guy did it just right, he could recreate Bowser's crouched, low growl.
