I am in central New York. We are under a Wind Chill Warning. The wind chill is supposed to get to -15 to -25 blow zero.

here in alberta canada (yes i'm canadian) this year in november we has 3 blizzared warnings in one day and we still had to go to school (but most kids still stayed home)
