Goldenstar yawned, laying in her den, thinking about what will happen today.
Birdkit noisily moved, still sleeping and drea.ming about chasing after a rabbit.

Silverkit rolled around in the nursery, trying to get comfy in her newly made nest.

Silverkit sat up, angered by the pokey twigs sticking out of her nest

Honeystripe was just back from hunting he couldnt sleep last night. He droped the prey in the fresh ki.ll pile and took his share and sat in the clearing eating it
Flowerkit pounced on top of Birdkit "Yay your awake too!" she mewed "come on lets play!"

Flowerkit always has nightmares but no one cares about that XD

"Ugh..." Silverkit layed down again, having not had enough sleep because of the mediling twigs.

Goldenstar layed down her head, and scowled.
Birdkit woke up from Silverkit fussing about her nest. "Hmmm" she yawned.

Birdkit sprang up from Flowerkit. "Ok!" she mewed shakily. (HP Where are you? XD)

Silverkit stomped down her twigs so they wouldn't stick out anymore, and was saticfied with her nest now.

Flowerkit ran out of the nursery and continued into the clearing. She noticed Goldenstar and walked up to greet her "Hey Goldstar! Will we be apprentices soon right?" She mewed excited

XD Midnight you can really take care of your kits XDD

She decided to go get some food, now that she was saticfied with her nest, and padded outside

Goldenstar lifted her head up and saw the kit. "Of course" she smiled.

Honeystripe seemed to be the only warrior up besides the kits playing and Goldstar. He sighed and watched as the camp slowly woke

She picked out a small mouse, went to her favorite spot under a shady tree, and began nibbling at her meal.

Flowerkits face lit up with glee "Really! Yes!!" She purred as she ran in a circle

The mouse was sort of tough and skinny, but it did taste ok to Silverkit.

She stared at Birdkit and Flowerkit talking to Goldenstar curiously while chewing her mouse.

"They get to be apprentices soon" She thought...

Goldenstar yawned "Of course, all kits become apprentices..."
Birdkit padded out of the clearing and looked at the camp for a moment.

She finished her mouse quickly, wanting to ask is she could play with them when she was done.

"Of course you can Silverkit!" Flowerkit mewed "Wanna play hide and seek!" She mewed playfully

But she was worried they would say no, so she waited to see if maybe they would want to play with her.

"Who's gonna count?" Birdkit asked.

"yes!" she mewed, delighted.

"I will!" She volinteered joyfully

"one!... two!... three!" She counted with her eyes closed

"ok!" Flowerkit ran around looking for a good hiding spot. She ran into the warriors den and crounched behind a sleeping warrior

"four!... five!... six!..." She mewed.

"seven!... eight!... nine!" She mewed a bit louder.

Birdkit ran behind a tree, waiting quietly as Silverkit counted.
Goldenstar thought for a moment if her clan will be loyal towards her and it will go down by generations.

Flowerkit giggled keeping her head low

She ran around camp, checking behind old stumps and big lumps of dirt, trying to find the two kits.

Cloudy awoke and looked around. He still was alone. Thankfully he had not been ambushed by any rogues or clan cats. "Ah" he purred as the sun warmed his pelt.

She heard Leopardstrike wake up and had the idea that one of them could be in the warriors den.

Honeystripe watched as the kits ran around trying to hide. He looked at the warriors den to see if anyone else was up yet

She padded into the warriors den silently, trying not to wake up the other warriors.

Birdkit giggled softly, ready to be found.
Goldenstar sighed and walked out to see how the clan was doing.

Leopardstrike looked at the kit as she enter their den and padded past her being careful not to tram.ple her. As she emerged into the clearing she saw others were awake way before her.

"Found you!" She pointed at Flowerkit, giggling at the hiding spot she picked.

Goldenstar sighed and looked as the kits playing, "I still remember when I was a kit."

Cloudy lept off his sleeping space and decided to explore the forest. "Its such a nice day today" he purred not noticing he had passed a scent line

She saw Birdkit's tail sticking out a bit, and turned around to go check behing that tree.

"Hey! Guess what! I'm becoming an apprentice today! or soon...i dont know but whatever isnt it exciting!" She purred

"Found you!" she purred as she found Birdkit behind the tree

"That was fun!" She mewed happily.

Honeystripe padded up to Goldstar "Goldstar you havent sent out any border patrols yet." He said.

Leopardstrike let out a purr "I bet your excited, I remember when I was a kit just like you"

Birdkit turned around a saw the seeking kit, suprised.

"Really who was your mentor?" She mewed

Cloudy kept walking and inhaled the fresh scent of the trees, shrubs, and other plants around him.

"Thats because right now the cats are training, and I don't think theres any other clan in the forest right now." Goldenstar replied.

Leafsong looked through her herb supply frantically. "Am I reallt out of burdock root?" She sighed.

"Hmm?" She sniffed the air, smelling an unknown scent to her.

"Well he passed on to Star Clan but his name was Pinenose, and he was a very noble and clever cat" Leopardstrike replied as she remembered him. She even sat vigil all night when he passed.

"That doesnt smell like a clan cat" She meowed to Birdkit

Honeystripe walked over to the fresh kill pile even though he went hunting this morning it wasnt enough to feed the whole clan

"Or prey..." She meowed cautiously.

Goldenstar yawned "Well I guess we can send out a patrol, to patrol the area." Birdkit giggled "Yeah..." she smiled.

Cloudy stopped as he scented strange cats and his eye openned wide. "Clan cats" he whispered, astonished

"Oh...well im sure he was a great mentor!" she purred she turned her head and saw her litermates chatting "i'll see you later Leopardstrike!" she mewed as she walked over to Birdkit and Silverkits "Whats up?" she mewed to them

"I've got to get out of here before a patrol catches me" Cloudy mutttered

"Its a loner! we have to tell Goldenstar now!" She meowed fanticlly, realizing the scent was a loner.

Leopardstrike smiled then padded over to Goldenstar and mewed "I can organize a border patrol if you would like"

"Ok!" Flowerkit nodded

She ran off, trying to get there in time.

Cloudy started to run then he sprinted not realising that he was leaving a bold scent trail.

"We scented a loner, west of camp!" She meowed quickly

"Huff...huff..." She was exosted from running

Leafsong sighed. Her apprentice hadn't even been interested in herbs and its wonders. *He's more lazy.*

"But theres a loner out there! We could track it down! It'd be so much fun! Plus we'd get to see whats the forest is like!" Flowerkit mewed to Birdkit

Leopardstrike nodded and looked in the apprentice den and called "Goldenpaw its time to patrol"

"I wanna go catch the loner too!" She meowed incourigingly

"Ok then! Lets go but dont let any cat catch you!" She whispered as she ran out of camp

"it will be fun!" she looked at Flowerkit, eyes glittering.

"But what if the loner is unfriendly? He could tear us to pieces" Birdkit whispered.

Goldenpaw yawned, "Okay." He stepped out of the aporentices den and headed toward Leopardstrike.

Flowerkit paused as she ran out of camp and saw the trees that ruled the sky and cover the sunlight. Flowerkit turned to Birdkit "Theres 3 of us and 1 of them! Well be fine!" She hissed

"Now, Goldenpaw, the others keep saying there is a loner in our territory so keep your senses focused" Leopardstrike mewed sternly as she headed towards the camp entrance

"Wait up!" She ran after Flowerkit.

"Ya!" She looked back at Birdkit, still running.

Flowerkit padded through the forest and saw a cat like figure running "Look! If we catch him we'll be warriors as soon as we get back to the camp! Cmon!" She mewed excited

Birdkit hissed "But we are only kits! Do you wanna risk being kiIled just from curiosity to meet this loner cat?"

She tryed to run faster to catch up to Flowerkit, but couldn't go any faster, so she kept running at the same speed.

Rainkit awoke, his pelt stuck to his sides because he had a nightmare and was shaking tremendously.

She didnt hear Birdkit's warning and kept running after Flowerkit

Flowerkit looked at Birdkit "Cats wouldnt hurt 3 innonce kits! And besides the camp is close and we'll call out for help if we need any!" she mewed running faster

"Wait up!" she yelled after Flowerkit.

Cloudy kept running and finally reached the border. He came to a halt a few tail lengths away from it and caught his breath.

Rainkit shook away the fear and paded out of the nursery. "Where are the others" he mewed curiously.

Leopardstrike walked onward following a new scent trail "hmm" she murmured with a hint of supspition

"They went off to go looking for a loner" Birdkit sighed.

Flowerkit pounced on the loners tail and bit into hard but since she was a kit it felt like a pin "Take this you rouge! And this and this!" She hissed wrestling the tail

Cloudy heard the yowls and ran along the border as fast as he could

Cloudy dragged the kit attatched to his tail and whirled her around

"Hey, you loner! Feel kit claws!" She yowled as she ran up to the loner and jumped on him.

Rainkit heard Birdkit and mewed, astonished "Really?! A loner in our territory!?"

Flowerkit clung onto the tail "Stoooooooooppp!" she said trying to hold on

"Get off me you flea bags!" Cloudy yowled furiously

"Take THIS!" She lashed her small claws at his ear

"NEVER!" She yowled

Birdkit looked down "Yeah... I don't know if it's safe to meet him though, he might be dangerous..."

Cloudy whirled around, he was severely angered and he screached "GET OFF OF ME!"

"KIT POWER!" She yelled

Flowerkit feel off Cloudy's tail and banged her head off a small rock "Ooooowwww!!" She squealed as she started to cry

Cloudy flung the kit off and fled into the forest.

She ran after the loner as fast as she could

Flowerkit pulled herself along the ground. The right side of her face was covered in the blood from her head.

"MEROOOOOOOOOOW!" she yowled so loud that the cats at camp could hear her

Cloudy kept running and ran into Leopardstrike. "Who are you" Leopardstrike demanded "And why are you on our territory?!" Cloudy looked behind him and explain "I didnt realise I passed the scent line and then some mouse brained kits attacked me"

She pounced after the loner, absollutly furious

It sounded like Midnight

Goldenstar muttered "Everything seems silent, I wonder why..." She walked out of her den and saw Midnight crying and gasping for air. "Midnight whats wrong?"

She sat down in the middle of the forest, with no one around, listening the crying and sniffling.

"huuuh..." She was tired and lonely...

Rainkit looked around anxiously, waiting for some cats to return with the other kits.

Flowerkit hardly could open her eyes anymore. She looked up at Leopardstrike with half open eyes "im not going to be a warrior after this am i..." She whispered with every word sounding weaker than the last

A tear rolled down her cheek and onto the ground as she stood up and started padding back to camp...

"I'm such a bad girl... mama's not going to be happy" she thought as she walked threw the dark, shadowy forest

"How am I even going to get back to camp? I've never left camp, or made my way back..." She thought, now starting to worry

Goldenstar whispered "It's gonna be ok, we will find them..." Birdkit paced scared something bad happened to them.(So dramatic oAo)

She kept walking, her worry growing as she saw unknown things everywhere, and no directions back to camp...

"oh no" she thought as she heard rustling in the nearby bushes.

Leopardstrike and Cloudy made their way back to camp with Flowerkit.

Honeystripe guarded the enterance so no other cat could go out (Since he has nothing else to do XD)

A rabbit, about the size of Silverkit, hopped out from behind the bushes. "AHHHHHH!" Silverkit screamed and ran as fast as she could, starting to get a scent of the camp.

Silverkit burst in to the camp, heaving loudly, not seeing Midnight anywhere

Flowerkit soon felt very weak and blackout with the bl.ood now dry on her face

"Is mama even here, or is she looking for us?" She thought, fanticly looking around the camp for her mother.

Birdkit pointed "That way!" she mewed.

Honeystripe padded around the camp. He had scented the patrol coming back and found no more reason to continued to guard the enterance though he could smell blood he decided it was only the rouge.

"huff...huff" She was exostid

"I'll check the forest for her quick" She decided in her head

"Goldenstar we need Leafsong!" Leopardstrike yowled

She ran out of camp, later coming across a claw mark on a nearby tree, that smelled just like Midnight.

She noticed a whole trail of them and started following them

Cloudy sat there and looked around. He had never been in a clan camp before, he had only been on farms, moors, and forests as a loner.

Rainkit froze as he saw Flowerkit's wound and muttered "We need cobwebs and poppy seed" (he is a reincarnation of an old med cat)

Flowerkit tried to open her eyes "it--it hurts!" she hissed in pain tears built up in her eyes

Honeystripe froze looking down at the poor kit "Its going to be ok" He said trying to comfort the poor kit

"Give her some poppy seeds" Rainkit mewed to Goldenstar "It will ease the pain and help her sleep it off"

"Ugh..." She thought, stomping down the twigs again, then laying down again.

Goldenstar nodded "It's ok, it was kinda more of the kits fault getting injured for wandering on their own...but theres one question I may ask you Cloudy..."

"Of course" Cloudy said awaiting her question

Silverkit closed her eyes, listening to the conversation outside of the nursery.

Lightning crashed, and small rain drops started to fall

She padded out of the nursery, getting wet by the falling rain.

Goldenstar nodded again "From this day foward you will be known as Cloudtail, a warrior of Mapleclan" She announced.

Rainkit is an orphaned kit because his mother, Autumnleaf, and his father, Shadeowl, died

She was hoping that everyone had forgot about her, so she wouldnt get scolded

Silverkit noticed that no one had noticed her, and went back into the nursery, soaking wet now.

She moved her nest over, not wanting to sleep with her littermates, ashamed of what she did. Her leg ached more now, but she didnt care and fell asleep, feeling like there now was a barriar, separating her from the other clan cats

Honeystripe gave Cloudtail a last look then went over to the fresh kill pile

Rainkit sat in the clearing and wondered if anyone wondered how he knew what to do to save Flowerkit.

Cloudtail went into the warriors den and prepared a hollow spot in the ground with soft moss and grasses.

Leopardstrike curled up in her nest and went to sleep

Silverkit wakes up the next morning, not really wanting to wake up yet, but the twigs woke her up again.

Rainkit closed his eyes and let the rain soke into his pelt. He loved the rain and healing but he wouldnt have a chance to be medicine cat because of Smudgepaw

Birdkit looked at Midnight, "yes" She replied.

After eating Honeystripe walked into the warriors den and rested his head to sleep

She padded out of the nursery, accidentily stepping in a mud puddle. "Yuck..." She thought

Flowerkits ears twiched as her eyes began to slowly open. She felt dizzy and tryed to stand up and walk but she'd end up stumbling. She walked out into the camp. Sunlight shone on her fur as she sat trying to remembered what happened.

Rainkit awoke and groaned "I must have fell asleep in the clearing" he muttered

Her ears twitched, noticing Flowerkit was outside, but didnt look at her

Honeystripe woke up feeling tried from yesterday. He looked at the fresh kill pile and saw nothing in it. He decided it would be better if he didnt hunt this time around.

Leopardstrike padded out of the warriors den and saw Cloudtail was still asleep and muttered "I guess he must have been a lazy loner"

"I hope she won't notice me" She thought

(HP, keep in mind we are in the middle of a forest, there are no doors. xD)
Birdkit whispered "it's a little freezing but I don't mind it...."
Goldenstar silently waited outside of her den as the rain pours on her pelt.

"But she probably will notice me" she thought

Goldenstar nodded, "When you become an apprentice, I'll as'sign you to be the apprentice of the medicine cat, I'm not excatlly sure Smudgepaw will be a very good medicine cat anyway..."

Honeystripe sighed "I guess i have to hunt if no one else is" said in a bad mood as he went to hunt

Cloudtail bolted up and then realised he was a clan cat now "Im not Cloudy anymore" he mewed quietly

Rainkit's heart lept "Really!? Oh thank you Goldenstar it means a lot to me"

Honeystripe came back with little prey , a fat and thin mouse and a small thrush and a rabbit, the rain from yesterday made it hard to hunt and also the drama of yesterday too
