Rumiali wasn't born but was merely formed out of nowhere, he appeared when the first natural disaster happened in earth.
He is very knowledgable and can basically break almost all kinds of curses, he also doesn't speak alot and only communicates by writing. He is also Novila's father figure and the one who taught her healing abilities, he is also kinda related to Crys whom is his 'sister'.
When angered the nature reacts in the same way, creating the natural disasters.
ex.
Depressed:storms and hurricanes
Angry: Earthquakes and Volcanic Eruptions
Sad:Tsunamis or Tidal waves.
