A spirit of a little girl that was wandered too far from home and eventually died from starvation, explaining her hollow chest. Her spirit took over an ancient steel pot buried underground and took her hood with her to remember her childhood. She now roams deep in the woods providing food for lost pokemon and trainers so they don't suffer her fate.
Obviously based of Little Red Riding Hood yee. More on her on dA later.
