Its an illusion! Heres what you do:
Stare at the dot for 20 seconds.
Look at something BIG and white, like a ceiling or wall. (dont use a little piece of white on your shirt or 3ds screen, it has to be BIG.)
You should see the American flag in normal colors!

^^MaximumZelda Yeah the way it works is these are the negatives of the normal colors so when you look away your brain sees the reference.
