I decided to make someone that lives in Tarkonen.
She used to wander the galaxies, but stopped when she saw the opression in both Tarisle and Tarkice, and does her best to take care of those in need.
Despite this, she can seem very dark and gloomy.
She has something to do wiith Ladder's disappearance.
