Eemi is the smallest Chesnaught in existance. She's as tall as a Chespin. Her body didn't recognize when she was evolving, so she stayed the same size. She still functions perfectly.

@Clockwork I haven't really thought of a design for it. (Neither has SwiftFoot100, I believe. xD) Maybe we can come up with something soon.
