Joui-gear used to be Jouigi. But after being infected by classlite in 2040(leader-lionstar's idea), he died and turned into one of many other robots that were sealed in cages.
Joui-gear has 2 robotic abilities. One of them is putting a "J" on anything imaginable (except living organisms)by using his eyes as lazers. Another ability that Joui-gear has is changing his ears into propellers. This allows Joui-gear to fly up to the highest of skies. He acts silly at times, but he's shy most of the time.

His name is Joui-gear. I spelled it out up there on the painting. Also, he doesn't k.ill. He only has 2 robotic abilities and they're not meant for k.illing. Now you offended him...
