well i was doing practice art i felt i need to draw the sea so i did a Waterscape for fun.
Am hosting a contest right now but it ant any contest its a pokemon X and Y contest. The winner will get a level 71 Kyurem from me it ant shiny but it will do. All you have to do is draw Phil or Fade Surfing it dont have to be perfect so try and be creative.:D if so tag as #Philtest
