No, not at all, it's two guys that saw something on a rock and decided to film it, so one of the guy is pointing at it and is just like "Dude what the hell is that?" And the other is like "Dude that's a seal!" But then that thing moved, and it turned it's head aswell as it's upper body towards the camera, and I'm guessing it got scared so it quickly crawled back in the ocean... An animal wouldn't do that, a seal would've just been like "fu.ck it if their watching me idc" But that thing turned so quickly as if they had startled it, it had arms too and it looked like it had a face but not as mermaids are normally pictured in myths and legends...
