This is the lunar duo,
Cresselia and Darkrai

Cresselia is the keeper of dreams and prevents nightmares, represented as the cresent moon

Darkrai is the keeper of Nightmares and prevents dreams, represented as the new moon.

This is a work in progress picture, too lazy to color.
