They say there are two types of "simularities between the person and a famous person being admired". The first is that the person already shares traits with the famous person before they find out about said traits (Wow, I didn't know that the famous Dr Colding Ice was color-blind and was born in Norway, I'm almost exactly like him!). The second version is where the person learns about a trait of a famous person and then models themselves to try to be simular to said person (I heard that Dr Ice loved fish-oil ice-cream... Hey guys, I suppose I might like it too, in fact I'm going to eat it everyday now!). In any case, a lot of people do this with famous people that they respect. Oh course, it's also important to find and create your own identity (elsewise the world would be full of exact copies of the same people with no uniqueness at all).
