These are really entertaining, but are you sure your resources are correct? All I've ever heard is that Robin Williams named his daughter after the game, and the princess was named after Zelda Fitzgerald. And Link was more or less inspired by Peter Pan, because Miyamoto was a big Disney fan. I'm not sure if he ever confirmed that, though... That Edward Elric fact sounds epic, though >v<
