Frosted Over by Dark the Cat
Here's my character #Glaciathecat again! She was in my second picture that I posted here on Colors! and I can honestly say that I've improved a lot since then, even though it wasn't that long ago! :) Anyway, this was really fun to do, (especially the frost effect!) and I hope that you like it!
